Aleksander Emelianenko vs. Paul Buentello Affliction Banned Odds were once again mighty lopsided with Fedor's brother, Aleksander a -300 to -450 favorite depending where you got the line.  Bookmaker.com had this one at -320.   Paul Buentello's odds were +275 at Bodog

Aleksander Emelianenko is a Russian mixed martial arts fighter. He is a two-time Russian national SAMBO champion, and two-time world SAMBO champion in the absolute divisions. He has notable wins over such fighters as Assuerio Silva, James Thompson, Eric Pele, and Sergei Kharitonov.  His record is 13-3.

While word on the street is that this bout has been cancelled, online gambling websites continued to offer odds on Aleksander Emelianenko vs. Paul Buentello as of Saturday evening.

The California State Athletic Commission said Emelianenko didn't meet licensing standards minutes before he was scheduled to weigh in at the Honda Center in Anaheim, according to reports.

Although not official, Buentello has already confirmed this news with several sources.

Emelianenko must fight for most bets to be action.
