Angry Gambling911.com Liberals Say "Bad Fox News...Bad"

Fox "outfoxed" by news blogs that caught them "red handed" altering photos of those "not so innocent" reporters from the New York Times.  A few of the liberals amongst us took time out from their busy schedules to blast the "fair and balanced" Rupert Murdoch network.

"Time to fix the remote again so that it skips over Fox News," said Gambling911.com's Payton O'Brien, who admitted that she's tired of having to add Fox News back whenever her Republican right wing mother-in-law comes into town.

Alas, many of us found the Fox News altering of New York Times reporters photos funny.  The Huffington Post called it Fox News Revenge.

Media Matters is reporting that:

During a segment in which Fox & Friends co-hosts Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade labeled New York Times reporter Jacques Steinberg and editor Steven Reddicliffe "attack dogs," Fox News featured photos of Steinberg and Reddicliffe that appeared to have been digitally altered -- the journalists' teeth had been yellowed, their facial features exaggerated, and portions of Reddicliffe's hair moved further back on his head.

Along with O'Brien, Gambling911.com's international sports reporter, Alistair Prescott, called the "Fox Photoshop Job" an "embarrassment to the integrity of journalism worldwide" and that "they (Fox News) should be ashamed".

"Some of us work hard at maintaining our appearance in the public eye and altered photos could leave long lasting scars," he added.  "Only children and complete imbeciles resort to such chicanery.  Whilst, Fox News should act more professional."

Gambling911.com's transgender Cuban reporter Sparky Collins just laughed off the Fox photos.  "I think it is all in good fun and does not harm anyone".  He/she added that the two individuals whose photos were altered "were not very nice to that network (Fox) and had it coming".

Sparky also commented that it is common practice for media outlets to air brush photos, though his own never need to be airbrushed.

"We like Fox and the New York Times had it coming!" said Senior Correspondent, Jenny Woo, a staunch Republican we might add.

Payton O'Brien fumed at the network all evening.

"If they are going to photoshop people's pictures - at least do it right," she offered with a venomous tongue lashing.  "Those were some pretty poor photoshop jobs if you ask my opinion."

She created her own personal Fox Photoshop below.

The controversy was likely to erupt in the mainstream just in time for the 4th of July fireworks.

Fox is not the only "naughty network" this week.  Gambling911.com contributor Tom Somach reported Thursday on how NBC was featuring an ex-convicted in its Poker After Dark series starting this month.
