Wynn
Continues With
Lawsuit Frenzy: Sues
Girls Gone Wild
Wynn Las Vegas
Casino first went
after NBA star
Charles Barkley for
a gambling debt,
then - just the
other day - they
announced a lawsuit
against the NBA
itself. On
Tuesday, Wynn
decided that wasn't
enough. Now
comes word Wynn is
suing Girls Gone
Wild and its
controversial
founder, Joe
Francis.
The suit contends
that Francis owes $2
mil in gambling
debts from last
February.
Francis spokesman
Ronn Torossian said
Tuesday that the man
who built the soft
porn empire already
had satisfied his
debt to the Wynn Las
Vegas casino through
"prior agreements."
In a statement,
Francis said he
planned to fight the
lawsuit.
"The
Wynn hotel has
chosen not to honor
its agreement to
apply certain
discounts to
balances they have
already been paid
for," Francis said.
Francis further
suggested that Wynn
Resorts Ltd. Chief
Executive Steve Wynn
"deceives his high
end customers".
Just the other day,
Wynn went after the
NBA alleging
they were delinquent
in paying for
conference space at
the hotel, money
owed since the 2007
NBA All Star
Weekend.
