Take Under 222 Golden State Warriors at Sacramento Kings (Friday, Feb 2 10:35 PM)

Friday night the defending champs visit the Sacramento Kings at the Golden 1 Center and the oddsmakers are telling us this should be an easy road victory. The Warriors opened up a 13-point road favorite against the Kings but I feel their great value in the game with the total. Late November at Golden St the Kings stole game beating the Warriors 110-106 but the Warriors didn’t have Curry or Durant but that could cause a painful redemption game for the Warriors.

That game in November went over the total but that total was only 205 and tonight at the Golden 1 Center the total is posted at 222. That is a huge number for a Golden State team that is playing at full strength tonight on the road and when the Warriors are at full strength their team defense is outstanding. The Warriors are coming into this game after a horrible showing in Utah were the Jazz beat them by 30-points and the Warriors defense allowed the Jazz to score 129 points. The Kings come into this game after a big road win in New Orleans beating the Pelicans 114-103 but I don’t see the Kings offense putting up that king of performance against the champs. Warriors head coach grilled his team after the loss to the Jazz and Friday night I see the Warriors defense playing their ‘A’ game and tonight I see this game staying under the 222 total. Warriors get their revenge tonight against the Kings and wouldn’t shock me to see the Warriors cover this big number and the total stays under.

Trends: The last five meetings between these two Western Conference teams all four of them have gone under the total. The last seven meetings in Sacramento  when these two teams play the under has cashed six of them.
