USA vs. Ghana World Cup Game Prediction

It may be a bias prediction considering BetUS.com caters heavily to the North American market but USA vs. Ghana is going the way of the USA in the knockout stage predicts company analyst Tim Furious.  That's something you can bet on.

Good thing it's a Saturday, otherwise the US workforce wouldn't be getting much work done the later part of the day.  For those unable to tune into USA vs. Ghana on a television set from the office, chances are those unfortunate will be able to listen via the Internet.  But alas, the USA vs. Ghana knockout stage game will take place on a Saturday and a better script could not have been written for ABC television in the States as they anticipate record ratings.

Some 90 percent of gamblers are all over team USA to beat up on Ghana at BetUS.com.

That's a good bet, says Tim Furious, who offers his USA vs. Ghana World Cup game prediction courtesy of BetUS.com.

"The rest of the world would love to see the Americans get stunned by Ghana.  It's not happening," Furious states.

The rest of the world may very well represent the 10 percent not betting on Team USA at BetUS.com.

Furious' USA vs. Ghana prediction:

"The matchup for Ghana is a tough one. They virtually proved nothing by beating Serbia, tying Australia and losing to Germany. Ghana is an ominous threat to the Americans, especially after beating them in the group stage of the 2006 World Cup 2-1. That loss will be on the minds of Team USA, especially Captain Donavan.

"While Team USA will draw the most action on this game, the oddsmakers are having trouble figuring this one out and I certainly can't blame them. Ghana is a schizophrenic team that will only be bolstered by the fact that they're playing on African soil. Known as the Black Stars, the Americans will likely respond well if the stadium is filled with fans rooting against them.

"That being said, America is one of the teams that has been getting better and better as the World Cup progresses. They know they can score. They know they can compete. Most of all, they know that they deserve to be on the World Cup stage.

"Perhaps no team is facing more pressure as they mount success, and while their home fans across the pond are exhilarated by their appearance in the knockout stage, Team USA still has to prove that a tie against England wasn't just happenstance."
