FOXSports.com's Peter Schrager noted that a lot of teams at this year’s draft, including most notably the Kansas City Chiefs, will be trading up.

With the new collective bargaining in place, Schrager points out “it’s not that big a hit in the wallet.”

“Ryan Tannehill is that good,” Schrager added.
