The Bahamas Bowl is a National Collegiate Athletic Association-sanctioned Division I college football bowl game played in Nassau, Bahamas at the 15,000-seat Thomas Robinson Stadium on December 24. The first game was played in 2014.

Conference tie-ins: Conference USA (2014–present); Mid-American Conference (2014–present)

Payout: US$450,000 (as of 2015)

There have been no recent meetings between these two teams

The Blazers are 5-0 Against The Spread vs. a team with a winning record and 7-2-1 ATS in their last 10 games overall.

The Bobcats are 12-2 ATS vs. a team with a winning record and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games.

From ESPN.com:

The Bobcats' potent running game is by committee with quarterback Nathan Rourke and backs AJ Ouellette and Dorian Brown combining to rush for 2,467 yards and 35 touchdowns.

The game also pits Ohio's No. 14-ranked offense, averaging 38.9 points per game, against a UAB defense that ranks No. 47 at 24.3 points per game allowed.

It appears the passing game will be neutralized between Ohio and UAB's secondary. Ohio is averaging 187.8 yards per game behind Rourke. That is less than the UAB secondary allows through the air -- 188 yards per game.
