Falcons vs. Chiefs Line at Atlanta -3

The Falcons vs. Chiefs line opened as a PICK’EM but moved up quickly to Atlanta -3.  Even at that number, which is not expected to move up any further, the Falcons spread was still seeing around 70 percent of the action at WagerWeb.com, which was offering up to $2000 in FREE CASH as a limited time only signup bonus here

The reaction from oddsmakers suggests that they fear an Atlanta win as they moved the line as far up as possible without going beyond that critical field goal threshold in an effort to drive more action towards Kansas City.

The last time these two teams met, Atlanta destroyed KC by a final score of 38-14 in 2008.

There aren’t a whole lot of historical stats to mull over when considering a wager on this game.  If the preseason is any indication, neither of these teams are likely to get off to a great start.

The Chiefs ended the regular season last year going 5-6.  They still managed wins against teams that would be considered .500 or better coming into 2012, including this year’s favorite to win the 2013 Super Bowl, the Green Bay Packers.  In fact, Kansas City handed Green Bay their only loss of the regular season.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?

Bet on Jared Verse Draft Position

Jared Verse had an over/under selection number of 15.5 with CBS Sports believing the Florida State EDGE will be chosen by the Seattle Seahawks at No. 16.
