Falcons vs. Saints Line

The Falcons vs. Saints line for Week 16 had New Orleans as a -6.5 favorite after opening at -7.5.  Atlanta is now in the post season thanks to Chicago losing against Green Bay Sunday night.  They could still conceivably win the NFC South division with a win here.  You can bet this game at BetOnline.com and receive up to $900 in FREE CASH

Tony Bryant of BetOnline.com notes the significance of this Monday Night game:  “The Saints have won six straight games including an overtime win at Atlanta in their first meeting in order to pull away in the division race, and while they are already in a comfortable position to reach the postseason, their focus now shifts to earning home field advantage and a first round playoff bye.”

The away team has won the last four in this series.  New Orleans, however, has won five of the last six in this series.   That said, they have not covered by more than the current spread in six of their last seven games of this series.

Bryant added:  “Quarterback Drew Brees threw for 412 of those yards and matched a season-high with five touchdown passes against the Vikings, and is now just 305 yards short of Dan Marino’s all-time single-season NFL record of 5,084, set back in 1984. New Orleans has held each of their last three opponents to 20 points or less, and while the defense is still in need of some work, they are at the least taking positive steps in the right direction.”

Gambling911.com believes that Atlanta should be able to cover the +6.5 in this one.

J.J. McCarthy Drafted Number 3 Odds to Patriots

To be clear, the Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy is pretty certain to land in Minnesota.  But what if the New England Patriots shock us and pick McCarthy at Number 3 before the Vikings get their opportunity at No. 5?

Bet on Jared Verse Draft Position

Jared Verse had an over/under selection number of 15.5 with CBS Sports believing the Florida State EDGE will be chosen by the Seattle Seahawks at No. 16.
