Kansas State Wildcats Odds to Win the 2015 National Championship at 75-1

The odds of the Kansas State Wildcats winning the National Championship were at 75-1 at BetDSI.com.

2014 Kansas State Wildcats Offense: The Kansas State Wildcats should be solid on offense as they return senior quarterback Jake Waters. He threw for 2,469 yards and 18 touchdowns last season. He has an excellent receiver in Tyler Lockett and a very good offensive line in front of him. The team also returns Curry Sexton and Deante Burton at receiver. The question for the offense is in the backfield as John Hubert is gone. They are looking are DeMarcus Robinson along with Jarvis Leverett and Charles Jones. It could be that freshman Dalvin Warmack also gets some work.
2014 Kansas State Wildcats Defense: The Kansas State Wildcats are led on defense by Ryan Mueller who had 11.5 sacks last season. He leads a very good defensive line that also has Travis Britz. The concerns for the team are at linebacker and in the secondary. The team does have Dante Barnett returning at safety and cornerback Randall Evans but there is not much else. The team is bringing in players like Terrell Clinkscales and D’Vonta Derricott.
2014 Kansas State Wildcats Outlook: The Kansas State Wildcats have enough talent to be a contender in the Big 12 this season but everything has to go just right. They have a huge game early in the season against the Auburn Tigers and they have to play at the Oklahoma Sooners. If they could win one of those two games they could get into contention for a big bowl game and a Big 12 title is not out of the question.
