Not to be outdone, the Browns just benched their starting QB Johnny Manziel. You know things are bad when Cleveland comes into this primetime game as a -3 favorite.

The Ravens, at 3-7, have one more win than the Browns this season but are just 1-7-2 Against The Spread compared to Cleveland at 4-6 ATS. In the last four meetings these teams have split wins and losses. Home and away wins have also been split over this time frame. Baltimore had completely dominated in previous years.
