The Rose Bowl Game is an annual American college football bowl game, usually played on January 1 (New Year's Day) at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California for 95 years. Hence, we can presume what he is saying is that Oregon at -3 ½ points is probably a pretty good bet.
