Patriots vs. Packers Odds – Highest Ever NFL Opening Total at 60
The Patriots vs. Packers odds for Week 13 featured the highest ever opening total, according to Sportsbook.ag.
“The total for next Sunday’s Patriots @ Packers game has opened at 60 points,” Sportsbook.ag spokesperson Matt James tells Gambling911.com. “(This is) the highest ever NFL points total in the 18 year history of Sportsbook.ag.”
So far, action has been brisk, James observed.
“We just opened this a few minutes ago and already 86% of the initial action is on the OVER.”

There is good reason to be favoring the OVER here despite the high number. The total has gone OVER in 4 of New England's last 5 games on the road and in 7 of Green Bay's last 8 games.
“Our overall points total markets this year have been higher than ever before – reflecting the NFL’s general increasing trend towards passing and scoring - but this is the first time we’ve opened a points total in the 60’s,” James said.
The Sunday late afternoon game had Green Bay as a -3 favorite at home facing a Patriots team that 6-1 Against The Spread in their last seven games while the Packers have won seven of their last eight Straight Up.
