Payout on Honor Code to Win the Breeders Cup Classic 2015

Early odds on Honor Code to win the Breeders Cup Classic 2015 were set at 4-1.

Honor Code is the recent winner of the prestigious Whitney and previously won the Metropolitan Handicap.

The Shug McGaughey-trained Honor Code says his confidence is “pretty high” heading into Saturday’s race.

“After the way I saw him gallop yesterday, I wasn’t nervous today at all,” McGaughey said in reference to his last race in which Honor Code finished a lackluster 3rd. “If he went in 52, it would have been fine. He was just so eager yesterday. I took him to the gate, and he was so eager for everything he was doing.”

He had the third shortest odds after American Pharoah (even) and Beholder (3/1).  Odds subject to change if not locked in here.

American Pharoah +130 (a $10 bet pays $13, a $100 bet pays $130)

Beholder 3/1

Honor Code 4/1

Tonalist 6/1

Keen Ice 8/1

Frosted 10/1

Gleneagles 14/1

Smooth Roller 20/1

Hard Aces 45/1

Effinex 75/1
