Anna Khait Becomes 4th Poker Player to Compete on ‘Survivor’

When professional poker player Anna Khait, 26, (pictured third from left) made the cast of "Survivor: Kaoh Rong" (which debuted Wed. 8 p.m on WCBS) she told producers she worked as a cocktail waitress in an Atlantic City casino, according to the New York Daily News, which went on to characterize Khait as a “master strategists”.

“I didn’t tell anyone I was a poker player,” said Khait, who cashed out 6th in the Borgata Spring Poker Open 2013.

“I didn't want anyone to know that I play a strategy game for a living, so I said I worked at the Borgata, which is true! It made people underestimate me.”

To date, three professional poker players appeared on the popular prime time show.  None have fared well.

The new season, the 32nd edition of the reality show competition, will also feature former NBA star Scot Pollard and “Big Brother” contestant Caleb Reynolds.
