Orioles-Rays - PITCHING MATCHUP: Orioles RH Ubaldo Jimenez (2-2, 6.25 ERA) vs. RH Chris Archer (5-4, 3.75)

The UNDER is 11-5-1 in the last 17 meetings in Tampa Bay.

Archer recorded the win last time out as Tampa Bay rallied after he permitted two runs and six hits over six innings while fanning eight to give him 85 strikeouts in his last nine outings.  He is 3-7 with a 4.69 ERA versus the Orioles.

Cubs-Marlins – PITCHING MATCHUP: Cubs RH John Lackey (5-7, 4.98 ERA) vs. Marlins RH Jose Urena (5-2, 3.64)

Chicago is 6-1 in the last seven games of this series.

The OVER is 4-0 in the last four games of this series played in Miami.

Angels-Red Sox - PITCHING MATCHUP: Angels RH Alex Meyer (3-3, 3.52 ERA) vs. Red Sox RH Rick Porcello (3-9, 5.05)

7 of the last ten in this series have gone UNDER the current number of 10.

Meyer has not allowed more than three earned runs in seven straight starts and was masterful in his last start with a win against Kansas City.

Porcello took it on the chin again last time out, giving up seven runs on 10 hits over six innings at Houston to drop to 0-4 over his last five starts.  He is  5-6 with a bloated 6.26 ERA against the Angels.

The UNDER is 6-1-1 in Red Sox last 8 home games vs. a right-handed starter.

The UNDER is 4-0-1 in Porcello’s last 5 starts overall.

The UNDER is 3-0-1 in Meyers last 4 starts overall.

Brewers-Braves – PITCHING MATCHUP: Brewers RH Jimmy Nelson (5-3, 3.28 ERA) vs. Braves RH Mike Foltynewicz (4-5, 4.26)

The UNDER is 10-4-1 in the last 15 meetings.  Seven of the last ten in this series has gone UNDER the current number of 9.

Nelson makes his 15th start of the season after firing the first complete game of his career, a victory over San Diego on Sunday.  Nelson lost to Atlanta on April 29, surrendering five runs and 11 hits in five innings.  He has allowed fewer than two earned runs in five of his last nine turns.

Foltynewicz rebounded from a rough outing by holding Miami to two runs and seven hits in six innings, but he settled for a no-decision six days after surrendering eight runs in 3 1/3 frames against Washington.  He lost to Milwaukee the last time facing them.
