Bengals vs. Steelers

The Cincinnati Bengals vs. Pittsburgh Steelers betting odds opened at Steelers -11 and hasn't really moved off that number all week except by a half point at some online sportsbooks.

Sportsinteraction.com still had the line at Steelers -11 heading into game time Thursday night.

The away team has won 8 of the last 10 in this series but so too has Pittsburgh.   The majority of these games were won by more than the current spread.

Cincinnati has been on a bit of a role after starting the season 0-7.  They managed to win a game against Jacksonville at home and followed that up with a tie verses the Eagles last weekend.

The Bengals are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games following an ATS win and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 vs. the AFC.

In Week 7, the Steelers scored 21 points in the fourth quarter to blow open a close game and beat the Bengals 38-10.

Cincinnati is coming off a game in which QB Ryan Fitzpatrick was sacked eight times. The Steelers' forte defensively is to pressure the quarterback and they generate most of their pass rush from the linebackers in their 3-4 scheme.

With the past history between these two teams, Gambling911.com believes Pittsburgh can cover that -11 spread at Sportsinteraction.com

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
