Watch that San Diego Chargers at Pittsburgh Steelers game. Why?

Early indications are that a cold front will be moving in over the weekend, quite possibly before Sunday's game. At press time Wednesday morning, game time temperatures were expected to be around 40 degrees. Warm weather team, San Diego, comes to town and has been in a bit of a rut.

The one thing to pay attention to here though is the potential for high winds. This can also factor in on the total, which at press time was OFF at Sports Interaction but 43 ½ at Bookmaker.com

While this is the only game we are really focusing on for potential weather impacts, remember that the cold days are ahead and Week 12 has at least one game we'll want to keep a close eye on. Houston plays in Cleveland that week. Now looking ahead at Week 13 we have a potential weather bonanza as Arizona comes to Philadelphia, San Francisco plays in Buffalo, dome team Indianapolis plays in Cleveland, Carolina comes to what should be a frigid Green Bay (with any luck), and to a lesser degree Denver is in New York against the Jets (see if wind is a factor).

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
