With Germany favored to win the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the German communities throughout the world will be celebrating and betting their favorite team.  Bookmakers in these regions must be aware and manage their betting options and odds accordingly. Many Pay Per Head outlets will offer special props and futures odds on the different teams (nations) participating.
