Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple

Following stints senior at Yahoo! and AOL, Brad made the move to payment protocol and exchange network Ripple in 2015.

Ripple’s blockchain technology enables financial institutions to process customer payments anywhere in the world instantly and reliably. The company has expanded significantly since Brad became CEO in 2015, with the network serving 300 customers across 40+ countries.

Raghu Yarlagadda, co-founder and CEO at FalconX

Raghu co-founded FalconX, one of the world’s leading crypto trading platforms, in 2018.  The company recently reached a US$3.75 billion valuation after a US$210 million Series C financing round.

FalconX is backed by investors such as American Express Ventures, Coinbase Ventures and Tiger Global Management, amongst others.

Charles Cascarilla, co-founder and CEO at Paxos

The New York-based crypto platform now builds blockchain solutions for enterprises such as PayPal, Meta, Mastercard, Bank of America and Revolut.

Stani Kulechov, founder and CEO at Aave

Stani founded Aave in 2017 with one aim in mind – helping to build Web3, a new iteration of the internet based on decentralized blockchain technology and using token-based economics.

Around the time he founded Aave, Stani released ETHLend, one of the first decentralized finance ‘DApps’ which allowed for peer-to-peer asset transactions in digital payment, lending, trading, derivatives and prediction markets.
