The USA is once again a favorite to win the most medals at the Tokyo Olympics this summer, but there is a bit of a wrench thrown into this one in the form of Covid-19.
USA comes in at -1200 odds, a difficult bet in that one has to risk $120 to win $10 (the $120 is refunded of course as long as they come through).
The only other country that comes remotely close is China with a payout of $60 for every $10 bet.
Japan has the next shortest odds paying $250 for every $10 wagered.
