Jets So Far This Season

From NFL.com:

A few observations from the Jets' 37-17 loss to the Vikings:

A) New York has to cool it with the Jekyll-and-Hyde approach to running the football. Sometimes the Jets' ground game reminds me of Tweety Bird on the good stuff; sometimes it just reminds me of Tweety Bird.
B) That Sam Darnold pick with 8:41 to go put the nail in the coffin.
C) Hard to live with backup receivers dropping passes.
D) Those monochrome green jerseys don't bother me much, at least not in this uni matchup.
E) Still a firm believer in Darnold, who did a whole lot of scratching and clawing Sunday.

Jets-Bears Line Move, Public Betting Action

The line has moved from -7 to -8 with some books like Sportsbook.com holding at -7.5.  Better than 75% of the spread action was on Chicago.

Jets-Bears Betting Trends, Preview

From Rich Cimini of ESPN: “Jets final injury report: They changed Spencer Long's designation from doubtful to questionable. It means they still have hope he can play, but it's rare under Todd Bowles for a player who didn't practice all week to play in the game. I expect the other questionables to play. There's a good chance they will sign RB De'Angelo Henderson from the practice squad.”

The Jets, already without leading receiver Quincy Enunwa, could also be down Robby Anderson against the Bears on Sunday.

Interestingly enough, the line on this game does not take into account the injuries as there is only a slight 1-point overlay based on the NFL Betting Power Ratings.
