Even when a team is winning outright, this doesn't necessarily mean they are covering the spread.  Gambling911.com looks at recent game performance for specific teams to see who is winning out - the bookie or the bettor.  Here we look at the Kentucky Wildcats as of February 22.

4th ranked Kentucky has not been great for bookies, going 15-11 Against The Spread this season, but it's gotten worse as they currently rank an 8 in terms of covering over their last ten games (8-2 ATS).

They will face off against Auburn at 1:30 pm EST Saturday afternoon.

Auburn is 2-6 Against The Spread in their last 8 road games and 4-9 ATS in their last 13 Saturday games even though they are two wins above the .500 mark heading into this weekend’s game against Kentucky.

The home team has won six of the last eight and Kentucky has won eight of the last ten.  We should see the Wildcats as a -6.5 to -7 home favorite here.  Auburn is actually ranked number 12 by Sagarin despite not being ranked in the polls.  Last month, Kentucky beat Auburn on the road by two points.  All previous UK victories against the Tigers were by double digits.

Kentucky coach John Calipari said Wednesday that forward Reid Travis would be out at least least two weeks after spraining his right knee in Tuesday's 66-58 win over Missouri.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
