Kyle Guy scored 29 points, including seven 3-pointers, and second-ranked Virginia rallied to beat North Carolina State 76-56 in Thursday's quarterfinals of the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament.

Virginia is likely to face Praire View Meadow or Norfolk State. 

The Cavs rank a 7 in terms of covering the spread ahead of Selection Sunday and the entire state of Virginia bookies should be feeling the pinch as a result.   Virginia does have the second best ATS record in College Basketball (21-8).
