TVG is not available to those looking to bet the races from the state of Kansas online. There are alternatives, however, for those 18 and up including Nitrobetting with their amazing real cash bonuses. Nitrobetting allows you to bet anonymously.

Residents of the following states are NOT eligible for a TVG account due to state regulations include: Alabama, Alaska, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

Unfortunately for Kansas, in-state horse racing is a thing of the past having shuttered several years ago due to lack of interest and losses to the bottom line at racinos.

Kansas law (since 1986) allows pari-mutuel wagering on horse and dog racing in counties where voters approve it.

While TVG may not permit Kansas residents, our friends at Nitrobetting welcome horse betting enthusiasts with very generous bonuses and rebate offers.
