Can I Bet on Bovada Online From Georgia?

Federal law does not prevent one from placing online bets from the state of Georgia.  In fact, the U.S. Supreme Court recently abolished decades of prohibition against sports betting.  Gambling websites are accessible from the state.  Bovada is one such site but they do tend to offer less attractive signup bonuses than their competition.

The state of Georgia may not have casinos, but what it does have is some very good sports franchises and top school teams such as the Georgia Bulldogs in College Football.

Atlanta is home to the Braves and Falcons.

Sportsbooks are unlikely to set up shop in the state proper due to its unfriendly stance towards the activity.

Until they do, Bovada and its competitors will have free reign in the Peachtree State.
