Can I Bet on Draftkings Sportsbook App From California?

You will not be able to bet using the Draftkings sportsbook app from California as that state is yet to amend its laws applying to sports wagering.  Here is a site you CAN access to bet sports from CA.  BetAdrian offers a 100% welcome bonus (max bonus $2500) and a FREE NO DEPOSIT $20 SIGNUP BONUS.  Minimum bets just $1.

When Can I Bet Using the Draftkings App From Inside California

Despite being the most populous state in the U.S. and sixth largest economy in the world, California has a long way to go before they begin offering land-based sportsbooks or apps based out of  the state.

Indeed, California does not even rank among the top 15 states most likely to legalize sports betting next.

The problem: Too many conflicts of interest.

For close to a decade, powers within the state tried (and failed) to legalize the operation of online poker sites inside California's borders. Unfortunately, the Tribal casinos were not on the same page when it came to which operators would be welcome.  Primarily, PokerStars got shunned by half of them.  The other half looked hoped to cash out big using the PokerStars software platform.

We here at Gambling911.com see the same set of obstacles getting in the way of legally run sportsbooks in the state.  Again, we are talking about sportsbooks actually being based in California proper.

It's entirely possible that the tribal casinos could offer sports betting, but even if that is the case, the tribes are protective of their land-based casinos and do not want folks placing bets remotely.

Rams @ Packers (November 28)

KEY MATCHUP: Packers WR Davante Adams vs. Rams CB Jalen Ramsey. This matchup features two of the league's top players at their respective positions. Both were All-Pros last season. Adams has 72 catches for 979 yards and five TDs this season. Ramsey has picked off three passes.
