You will not be able to bet using the Draftkings sportsbook app (or FanDuel for that matter) from Kentucky as that state is yet to amend its laws applying to sports wagering.  Here is a site you CAN access to bet sports from Kentucky, Jazz Sports offers a 125% welcome bonus.  18 and up welcome.  No need to provide a social security number.

When Can I Bet Using the Draftkings App From Inside Kentucky

Kentucky Senator Julian Carroll (D-District 7) refiled an updated version of his sports betting bill in November for the year 2019, making it appear as if Kentucky would be among the first U.S. states to offer real money sports betting outside of Nevada.  Under his legislation, operators would be required to pay a 25% tax to the state.

“The Sports Gaming Working Group, created earlier this year, and other committees have heard testimony from many stakeholders over the interim,” Carroll said in a press release. “This legislation reflects many bipartisan changes to my original bill that will result in increased revenues and more appropriate regulations to protect the public.”

Legislation was dead in the water as of the Fall 2020.

But now it's been revitalized for 2023

Of course there are still plenty of online sportsbooks based outside the commonwealth still accessible to those living in Kentucky, including BetAdrian.
