When Can I Bet Using the Draftkings App From Inside Minnesota

State Rep. Pat Garofalo, a Republican, told US Bets back in November that he planned on introducing a sports betting bill some time this year.

“Without consensus, we’re not going to be able to pass a bill,” he said, but he added that he feels “optimistic” about his chances.

Whether Draftkings can get a piece of the market share we will have to stay tuned.

Until they do, BetUS is accessible to those living in Minnesota.
