Can I Bet on Foxbet From Texas?

Those living in Texas will not be able to bet with Foxbet, the Fox Sports PokerStars joint business.  Sites accessible to those living in Texas include long established Americas Bookie, which offers a generous welcome bonus (max bonus $2500).

Texas is not a particularly gambling-friendly state due to its conservative values.  Current lawmakers have expressed little interest in allowing sports wagering to be licensed.  With the US Supreme Court giving the green light to states to offer the activity, more Texans will be exposed to, and want to, place bets.  A lot of that exposure will be via games broadcast on Fox Sports.

The FoxBet app can still be accessed from Texas, but one cannot place real money bets on it.

A free-to-play game with cash prizes for predicting game outcomes of sports games will be offered to those in Texas, but anyone looking to wager for real money will want to do so via online sites like Americas Bookie.
