Ferguson was listed at -135, Gaethje at +115.

A venue has yet to be announced for UFC 249 and Ferguson has said he will only sign on to fight Gaethje once the location is confirmed.

According to ESPN, the UFC has explored the possibility of holding the event on a tribal land, which doesn't have to adhere to the regulations of the state athletic commissions, and that possibility is still very much in play.

"It doesn't matter who we have. We're gonna try to make this thing go," Ferguson told ESPN. "At least some of the people in the world have a little bit of hope. The guys that are really doing it are the doctors and the nurses and the people taking care of everybody. If we can do our little bit of part to try and make something happen, I'm down with that."

UFC 249 was originally scheduled to take place at Barclays Center in New York.
