Can I Use Bovada to Bet Sports if I'm in North Carolina

With so many great teams in the state of North Carolina, betting is at an all-time high.  The Bovada website is accessible from the state but only offers up to a $250 signup bonus compared to BetOnline offering a maximum of $1000.

Back in May the U.S. Supreme Court ruled to abolish decades long prohibition against sports betting.  As such, more and more people are becoming acclimated to the activity, especially in the state of North Carolina, where College Basketball teams in particular reign supreme.

North Carolina has three retail sportsbooks in state, one right outside of Charlotte about a half an hour.  The state will soon be regulating mobile sportsbooks.  Internationally-licensed betting sites like BetOnline will continue to operate within the state, taking bets on every sporting event, politics, entertainment and they even offer a live dealer casino.  Those 18 and up can bet.

Entering the 2023 college football season, these were the expectations:

Duke UNDER 6.5 regular season games.  They stunned Clemson in Week 1.

UNC OVER 8.5 regular season games.

NC State OVER 6.5 regular season games.
