Jason Garrett, who's poor decision to punt in overtime Sunday night was called out by Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, tops the odds board at +350 (or 5/2). Before the season started, Garrett had +600 odds to be fired first.
Kevin Smith, former Cowboys All-Pro cornerback, recently stated on record that Garrett needed to win 8-10 games to keep his job.
