Some books had the line at -8.5 though movement was limited across the board.  Most of the early spread action was on 18-4 Nova.

Collin Gillespie and Jermaine Samuels gave the Wildcats a glimpse of just how great the future could be for the program.

Gillespie hit six 3-pointers and scored a career-high 30 points, Samuels had 16 rebounds and Eric Paschall had 24 points to keep No. 14 Villanova unbeaten in the Big East with a 77-65 victory over Georgetown on Sunday.

Creighton is 13-9 Straight Up and hovering around the .500 mark Against The Spread while the Wildcats have put together an impressive 15-7 record Against The Spread, impressive in that typically championship teams will need to win by wide margins in order to maintain such a strong ATS record.

Creighton is 1-7 Against The Spread in the last 8 meetings facing off against Villanova.  The Bluejays have not covered using the current spread in the last five games at Villanova dating back to 2015. They are  3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games and 6-13 ATS in their last 19 vs. Big East.
