Draftkings does take bets on the Kentucky Derby but is only available in a handful of US states.  BetUS (now in its 25th year) takes bets from MOST US STATES with and offers a generous welcome bonus (max bonus $2500) and will never report your winnings or ask for your social security number.

Draftkings operates sportsbooks in New Jersey and a handful of other US states.

You can only use Draftkings from these states via your mobile device at this time:

New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Indiana and Illinois.

No place or show betting is available. All bets are placed on the horse name only, coupled runners are not considered in any fixed odds markets and will not be considered for settlement purposes.

BetUS takes bets on the Kentucky Derby from all states, anyone 18 years or older.  They do not ask for a social security number.
