The 30-year-old Tannehill has been the Dolphins' starting QB since he was drafted with the eighth overall pick of the 2012 NFL draft out of Texas A&M.
As a result of seemingly not having a starting quarterback, the Dolphins currently have the longest odds of winning the 2020 Super Bowl, 100-1, along with the Arizona Cardinals.
For the Titans, they've been looking for multiple seasons to find a top-end backup as injury insurance for Marcus Mariota. They were at 66-1 odds of winning the next Super Bowl.
