Duke 2019 Odds - Blue Devils Paid Out Big for Gamblers Last Season

The Duke Blue Devils are the +250 favorite to win the 2019 NCAA Men's College Basketball Championship with a payout potential as of November 12 set at $25 for every $10 bet.

Big Pay Day for Gamblers in 2018

Duke paid out sports bettors in a big way last season.  A 29-8 record Straight Up was nice, but gamblers betting $1000 on the spread for every game the Blue Devils played would have resulted in a $9000 profit on the season with Duke having ended with a 22-13 record Against The Spread.

Fast Start

To start off the 2018-2019 season, Duke rolled over Kentucky (as an underdog) and Army this weekend.

Coach Mike Krzyzewski called the win against Army "a perfect game for us following Kentucky" and said his team's preparation wasn't as at a high enough level beforehand.

"That whole thing, the hangover of success and travel and then getting ready" for a game, Krzyzewski said. "The only way you do it is to do it. And our guys don't feel good about themselves right now. And that's good. Although they turned it around in the second half, they were in a position to lose the game and they responded, and they responded really well."

Duke is currently five points on the futures board to win the Championship with Kansas having the second shortest odds of +750.
