The top-ranked Georgia Bulldogs are 7-0 coming into today’s game and not only will they be looking to solidify their spot atop the rankings and remain on track for a bid to the College Football Playoff today at the game dubbed as The World’s Largest Cocktail Party, but the Bulldogs have revenge on their mind since last season the Gators snapped their 3-game losing streak in this series and upset the Dawgs, 44-28, ending their reign as SEC East Champs.
The Bulldogs have, without question, the best defense in the country, allowing a national-best 6.6 points per game and 208.3 total yards per game. Florida counters with an offense that is averaging 34 points per game and ranks 10th in the country in total yards per game with 502, and they have done so with a two-QB rotation of junior Emory Jones and freshman Anthony Richardson.
Both of these teams come in off a bye week, so there is no edge in preparation, but where we do see an edge is for both defenses and that’s why we are going to go ahead and play under the 51 points for our Florida vs Georgia 2021 picks.
