This late night game will be televised on ESPN right behind the dud that is Pistons-Rockets.

Gambling911.com is getting an early line of Miami-1 and we expected this to be inflated in the Lakers favor. Instead, we have Miami a -4.5 favorite. Keep in mind Miami has won the last two meetings and kept the three previous meetings within 5 points.

Bucks @ Knicks

Milwaukee played the Sixers last night before and they come into this one likely with a reduced roster. Brook Lopez, Brook Lopez and Khris Middleton will all be out for this game.

Gambling911.com had New York -1 early, but with the injuries, New York is a -4 point favorite here.

The Bucks are 1-3 in the last four meetings against New York and that one 134-101 victory by Milwaukee appears to be an outlier that is highly unlikely to occur again based on the Bucks current woes and the Knicks fast start to the season so far. We would be remiss in not pointing out that Milwaukee had destroyed New York in previous games from December 2018 through January 2020.

Pistons @ Rockets

Even though both teams rank among the bottom of the league, there is always the tempation to take the home favorite when two bad teams face off against one another.

We anticipated a little inflating of the Rockets line but it was actually right on the money at -3.

Get this: The Pistons have won three of the last four games against Houston. In the last 11 meetings, the Pistons have covered within four points.

The line on this game had come down from -3.5, even -4 at FanDuel to -3 despite Houston seeing better than 75% of the action early.

Detroit could be a good pick here at +3.5 (still available).
