The Boston Celtics have won six straight games and have covered the spread in seven of the last eight.

The Celtics will face off against Washington Wednesday night as a -3 point favorite.  The Wizards have won three of the last four in this series and four of the last five at home.

This hot trend for Boston is in danger as center Al Horford will miss his third consecutive game Wednesday and "at least a few" more while he recovers from pain in his left knee, coach Brad Stevens said.  Granted they did win the last two without him.

So what’s changed?

From ESPN.com:

The moves of Marcus Smart into the starting lineup and Jaylen Brown to a sixth man role has balanced the starting and bench units and allowed their talented offensive players to get into rhythm. Right now, the team is looking like the juggernaut that many expected them to be this season.

The 16-10 Celtics are at the .500 mark Against The Spread.
