John Rahm, who sits atop the Open Championship leaderboard, promises a payout of $140 for every $10 bet should he go on to win the event this Sunday.

BetOnline will likely have Rahm a low single digit favorite when all is said and done.  For anyone who did not already lock in their future bets, BetOnline will be updating their odds after Thursday's play.

J.B. Holmes had just grabbed the lead away from Rahm as this was going to press and as Day 1 was coming to an end. He would pay an unbelievable $30,000 on a $100 bet for those who got him early should he go on to win the Open Championship.
