LeoVegas is considered one of the safer online casinos in the industry as well as one of the fastest growing.

LeoVegas is licensed by both the United Kingdom Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, both of which ensure, for the most part at least, this casino company stays in compliance with industry norms.

Our friends at ThePogg.com do note that LeoVegas is known to enforce policies in an "inconsistent fashion".

They offer this illustration:

During a complaint, Leo Vegas enforced a maximum bet rule when a player hit a large win, confiscating funds, but refused to apply the same term consistently to several months worth of wins and losses where the same rule had been consistently broken. If the play is to be considered null and void when the player won, then it should equally be void where the player broke the rule and lost.

This inconsistent and bias approach provides an incentive for the casino specifically not to inform the player where their play has broken rules as long as the player is losing, as the casino knows that when the player wins they will simply void their winnings.

We would be quick to point out such incidents are rare.  Again, most reviews across the Web related to LeoVegas are overwhelmingly positive.

The company is well-marketed.  Its own brand name receives some 74,000 searches per month with Gambling911.com estimating that LeoVegas receives approximately 9000 clickthrus per month from individuals simply typing the company name into Google, Bing and other search engines.  Some of these we would note are likely from current customers who opt to enter the LeoVegas name in search as opposed to typing out the URL.

Not including long-tail keywords, LeoVegas does not enjoy as strong an organic search presence as many of its competitors when it comes to the prime online casino search real estate.  It does rank 4th for "Free Spins".  The term is popular enough (18K per month on average searches) for online casinos appearing in the top 5 to attract some decent clickthrus.  As of December 14, LeoVegas is gaining ground with the term "Live Casino", up from 17 to 6.
