Jon Ralston Predicts Jacky Rosen Win in Nevada Based on 'Real' Info

Jon Ralston, appearing on MSNBC's "Hardball" with Chris Matthews, predicted a Jacky Rosen win in the Nevada Senate race and offered the numbers to back up his bold assertion.

Ralston, a longtime respected journalist and political analyst in the state of Nevada who recently launched his own news and opinion website thenevadaindependent.com, says that early voting in Clark County had amassed a 71,000-ballot edge in Clark County alone and 50,000 statewide.

Ralston relayed to Matthews that he expected Rosen, the Democrat, to win by around 3 points to incumbent Republican Senator Dean Heller.

The only path to victory for the Republicans would be for rural voters to come out in droves on Tuesday, but he doesn't see that happening. More than 75 percent of Nevada's population lives in Clark County.

As of Monday evening, Bookmaker had Rosen at -160 and Heller at +130.
