It has been a while for the Jayhawks, 2008 was too long for this team and they are ready to explode with the like of Graham and Azubuike. They will be a fierce duo to contend with and Villanova know they have their hand full in this battle.

Kansas smacked Penn in the opening round and then got by a very tough Seton Hall. Clemson never stood a chance against a team that took all of their frustrations out on them; it was ugly. The Duke game became an instant classic that took overtime and what a fantastic finish for Kansas, sending two lottery picks in Allen and Bagley, to the showers without cutting the nets.

Kansas has a three headed beast in the backcourt made up of Graham, Newman, and Myhkhailiuk and they will get after it from downtown. Look, Kansas’ road to this Final Four was tougher than Villanova’s and they have overcome the odds to get where they are. The Wildcats are tough, don’t misunderstand, they have players that can ball big time. This game will go all 40 minutes and then some. Nobody is calling for a blowout or an easy victory here.
No matter whom you like in this one, mark it down for close. Don’t even think of giving -5. If you can’t bet against Villanova, that’s respectable but do not lay -5, that’s a bad decision. Kansas will take the Villanova Wildcats deep and this will be the best game of the two.
