LSU Odds Without Ja'Marr Chase: Opts for NFL Draft
The LSU Tigers will enter the 2020 regular season without the help of Heisman Trophy winner, quarterback Joe Burrow, who was selected No. 1 overall in the draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. And now comes word Biletnikoff Award winning tar receiver Ja'Marr Chase plans to opt out of the college football season to enter the NFL draft, a source told ESPN. LSU pays $650 for every $100 bet to win the SEC.
Junior Myles Brennan is the front-runner to start at quarterback.
Brennan will still have a wealth of talented receivers to work with, including Terrace Marshall Jr. and Racey McMath.
LSU opens the season on Sept. 26 at home against Mississippi State.
The Tigers are a -140 favorite to win Over 7 regular season games.
Of note, in order for one's bet to be action, LSU must complete ten regular season games and play the exact opponents scheduled prior to New Year's Day 2021. Opponents do not have to be played in the same order as the schedule initially indicates.
