The Lakers have been top dogs in the Western Conference odds practically all season, but with Anthony Davis banged up and little help for LeBron James, L.A. has slid down the pecking order.
BetOnline updated their conference and championship futures odds Tuesday morning, and while the Nets continue to see their odds slashed, the Jazz have taken over second place on the title board.
With Anthony Davis sidelined, the Lakers fell behind by 30 at the half and lost 115-85 to the Suns on Tuesday night to fall behind 3-2 in their first-round series and are now one game from elimination.
