Best Bullpens

San Francisco Giants - At 7-9, the Giants bullpen Earned Run Average is the best in the league at 1.86.  The UNDER has gone 10-5-2 so far this season.

Cleveland Indians - They just lost three straight to a Kansas City team that had gone ten consecutive games without a victory before the Indians came to town.  The problem during this span has been with the starting pitchers.

For example, Carlos Carrasco yielded six earned runs in the first inning of Friday's game against KC.

On Sunday, the Royals roughed up two-time Cy Young Award winner Corey Kluber, who allowed 11 of his 18 batters to reach base safely. He gave up six runs, six hits and a career-most five walks in just 2 2/3 innings. The five walks doubled Kluber's season total -- he didn't walk more than three batters in any game in 2018.

Los Angeles Angels - The relievers have an ERA of 2.08.  The UNDER is 12-3 in Angels games so far this season.

Detroit Tigers

Houston Astros

Cincinnati Reds

Washington Nationals - They have an ERA average of 7.71.  The OVER in Nationals games is 9-5.

Baltimore Orioles - The OVER is 11-5.

Kansas City Royals - They have the second highest OVER record in Major League Baseball at 11-3 after the Mariners.

New York Mets - They have a 10-3-1 OVER record.

Arizona Diamondbacks - The OVER is 10-4-2 in Diamondbacks games.

Chicago Cubs - The OVER is 9-5 in Cubs games.

Boston Red Sox - The OVER is 10-5 in Red Sox games.  Their starters have combined for an 8.09 ERA.

Chicago White Sox - The OVER is 10-4 in White Sox games.

Best Starting Pitchers

Tampa Bay Rays - The starters have a combined 1.44 ERA.  The UNDER is 10-5 in Tampa games.

Pittsburgh Pirates - The starers have a combined 1.78 ERA.  The UNDER is 8-6 in Pirates games.

Series to Watch

Indians vs. Mariners

Edge: OVER

The Mariners will enter this season with the most OVERs in Major League Baseball (13-5).

The last six games in this series have gone OVER the total with no less than nine runs scored.

Cleveland allowed 9 runs in their Sunday game against Kansas City and 8 on Friday. The Indians starting pitchers are currently among the top 10 best in the league, ranked around 9 with a combined ERA of 3.52 and they currently have the second best bullpen.

The Mariners have allowed five or more runs in ten of their last games.

Angels vs. Rangers

Edge: UNDER

Edge: Angels

The Angeles come into this one with the best UNDER record in Major League Baseball.

Not surprisingly, the Angels have one of the better bullpens in the MLB.  The Rangers have one of the worst with a combined ERA of 4.91.

The UNDER is 8-2 in the last ten games of this series.

The Angels have won 8 of the last 9 games versus the Rangers, however, it should be noted that these were all played in LA.
