NHL Preseason Update & Setting Up For the 2018 NHL Regular Season

The NHL Regular Season starts on October 3. Any online bookie agents that haven’t yet prepared their sportsbooks for the NHL Regular Season, should do so right now. Check out info on the NHL Preseason as well as how bookies can set up their sportsbooks for success.

NHL Preseason Update

The following teams are killing it this NHL Preseason. We’ve attached preseason records as of Sep. 26 along with info on what to expect from these teams during the NHL Regular Season.

Boston Bruins - 5-0-1

The Bruins aren’t an Eastern Conference favorite, but they have gotten some attention to win the Stanley Cup. If they continue their torrid preseason playing in the regular season, they’ll become Eastern Conference favorites over Tampa Bay, Toronto, Washington and Pittsburgh.

Detroit Red Wings – 5-0-0

It’s hard to believe in the Red Wings because the Atlantic Division is so deep. Detroit could be a surprise team, though, which means per head agents should have the Red Wings on their radar.

Montreal Canadiens – 4-1-0

The Canadiens are a massive underdog to win this year’s Stanley Cup. Montreal’s great preseason play shouldn’t translate to the NHL Regular Season.

Carolina Hurricanes – 4-0-0

Carolina could be a surprise team in the Eastern Conference. Agents should keep an eye on action backing the Hurricanes once the regular season starts.

Winnipeg Jets – 4-1-0

The Jets were one of the top teams in the Western Conference last season. It’s no surprise that they’ve played so well this preseason.

Dallas Stars – 3-0-0

A middle of the road choice to win the 2019 Stanley Cup, the Dallas Stars could go either way once the regular season starts. Put the Stars on your radar the first week and see how bettors respond if they win a couple of games.

Vegas Golden Knights 4-1-0

Just because it’s the NHL Preseason, it doesn’t mean that the defending Western Conference Champions aren’t going to play hard. Vegas has started up where they left off, winning games.

The Golden Knights are a preseason favorite to win the Stanley Cup. They should carry over their great preseason play into the regular season. Without a doubt, pay per head agents should pay attention to action on Vegas NHL Regular Season games.

Remember that the top NHL sports bet are money line wagers. Set max betting limits on all hot NHL Preseason teams that start off the regular season winning games.

The NHL Preseason is coming to a close fast, are you ready to maximize your profit for the regular season?
