Ocean Resort Casino Sports Book is now open and operated by William Hill, one of the leading bookmaking firms in the world. Local bookmakers will have their work cut out for them as the state has sportsbooks in the Meadowlands and Monmouth Park as well.  Of course not everyone is heading out to AC or the Meadowlands to place a bet, so the local bookie and Pay Per Head will still have a place in the Garden State.

Gambling911.com has been advised that the book "space" looks fantastic and likely will compare to the best in Vegas.

With William Hill you can bet (literally) they will have plenty of options.

We say "space" because they are currently operating a small book with only a handful of tellers.  The full service sports book will be opening in late August.  But a look at the constuction provides a glimpse of great things to come.

The wagering options should still be extensive.  William Hill operates many of the top books in Vegas and have been around for a number of decades.

This is the old Revel.  Early reviews are not great when it comes to the property overall however.  This is likely a result of just opening.

Gambling911.com will stay tuned and we will be visiting the property shortly ourselves.

How Do Bookies Make Money?
