Applications will be taken July 1. Casinos, horse-racing casinos and off-track betting facilities can all apply.  Mobile wagering will be available within the state's borders.

What we know early on is that those betting sports in Indiana must be 21 or older.

Betting on high school sports, youth sporting events and e-sports will be prohibited, though still widely available with offshore sports betting sites.

Those wagering online can register from their mobile devices or laptops.  They are not required to register at the casino or race track as is the case with some states (Nevada for example).

The type of documentation (presumably to provide the IRS with) has yet to be disclosed.
